Ros is a warm, compassionate, and highly experienced counselling psychologist who is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. With a gentle, non-judgmental approach, Ros creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting change.
With many years of experience working across a range of settings, Ros supports people of all ages presenting with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, parenting challenges, and relationship difficulties. She is passionate about helping her clients build insight, resilience, and practical skills to navigate life with greater confidence and clarity.
Ros takes a collaborative, client-centred approach to therapy, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to each individual’s needs. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Ros holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She believes that every person has the capacity for growth, and works alongside her clients to develop self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and create positive, meaningful change in their lives.
