She already has her Masters degrees in Education and another in Science Research (Psychology). Cassie brings a wealth of interdisciplinary expertise to our team including 20+ years as an inclusive educator in remote Indigenous communities and across all educational systems in both QLD and Tasmania. Complementing her academic pursuits, she is also completing groundbreaking PhD research through USQ, exploring Trauma-informed education in Secondary Schools.
Cassie is passionate about neurodevelopmental disorders, early years assessment and intervention, and comprehensive assessments across the lifespan. Cassie is committed to empowering individuals towards resilience, empowerment and positive wellbeing.
Cassie is our NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Specialist) working with a variety of young people and their families in Tasmania with our behaviour support team to assist with complex needs across multiple environments.
Outside of our clinic, Cassie loves spending time with her husband and two teenage children exploring Tassie her in vintage caravan with her golden cocker spaniel, Mabel, who is also an accredited therapy dog. She loves reading, cooking, entertaining and travel.
