Belinda Flack

Social Worker

Belinda is a highly experienced and compassionate social worker who brings warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to supporting children, young people, and families. Known for her collaborative approach, she creates safe and supportive environments where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered.

With extensive experience across schools, community services, and therapeutic settings, Belinda has supported clients facing emotional, behavioural, and social challenges. She is skilled in developing behaviour support plans, conducting functional behaviour assessments, and tailoring evidence-based interventions that promote growth and resilience.

Belinda holds a Bachelor of Social Work with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and Sociology. Her career spans roles as a school social worker, family counsellor, and behaviour support practitioner in both government and non-profit organisations. She has also facilitated training for support workers and coordinated wellbeing programs to strengthen communities.

She has a particular interest in helping children and families navigate complex behavioural and emotional needs through therapeutic approaches, including play and art therapy, and is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical and client-centred practice.
